By accessing or using GenZImage, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using the service.

GenZImage provides a free AI-powered image generation service using Alibaba's Z-Image Turbo model.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without prior notice.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access to the service.

You agree not to use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including generating content that violates laws or regulations.

You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or exceed usage limits through technical means.

Users may not generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, invasive of privacy, or otherwise objectionable.

Prohibited content includes but is not limited to: violence, hate speech, sexual content, harassment, or content that infringes on intellectual property rights.

We reserve the right to block users who violate this policy.

Free users are limited to 20 image generations per day. This limit is subject to change at our discretion.

Attempts to circumvent usage limits through automation or multiple accounts will result in service termination.

The service, including its design, code, and appearance, is owned by GenZImage and protected by intellectual property laws.

Generated images are provided to you for use under the terms of Alibaba Tongyi Wanxiang's Z-Image model license.

You may not copy, modify, or distribute our service without explicit permission.

The service is provided 'as is' without any warranties, expressed or implied.

We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

We are not responsible for the quality or accuracy of generated images.

In no event shall GenZImage be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid, if any, for using the service.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which GenZImage is established.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.

Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.

Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
